A company is looking for an Engagement Specialist Supervisor to oversee staff performance and maintain member engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor staff performance against KPIs and quality metrics
Assess call and email interactions to evaluate customer service and compliance
Provide feedback and ensure staff are updated on training and process changes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
2-3 years of call center experience with supervisory or team lead experience
1+ years of quality assurance experience
Experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA laws strongly preferred
