Key Responsibilities
Takes inbound calls from members and provides effective answers to their questions
Maintains member records and connects members with appropriate benefits and resources
Handles member complaints and inquiries, ensuring satisfaction with products and services
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of call center and / or customer service experience
Basic computer knowledge and technical skills for using various digital platforms
A private and confidential workspace free from distractions
Time management skills for prompt responses to communications
Active listening skills to assist upset members effectively
