Looking to grow your litigation career in a specialized, high-demand field? A respected firm in the Pittsburgh area is seeking a Jr. Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience and a strong interest in transportation law . This is your opportunity to take on meaningful work in a supportive team environment with room to grow.

✨ What You’ll Do

Handle transportation-related litigation matters from start to finish Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and prepare for hearings and trials ⚖️ Manage your caseload independently (with partner oversight) Conduct in-depth legal research on complex procedural and substantive issues Interact professionally with clients and opposing counsel Build and maintain client relationships; support business development Collaborate with peer attorneys and support staff as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

  • ️ Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (required)
  • ️ 3–5 years of litigation experience
  • ️ Interest or background in transportation law strongly preferred
  • ️ Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
  • ️ Professional, self-directed, and detail-oriented
  • ️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office , Westlaw , and / or LexisNexis

Compensation & Bonus

Base Salary : $85,000–$100,000 Candidates with 5+ years solid experience may qualify for up to $130,000 Eligible for up to $8,000 in annual bonuses

$2,000 per quarter for every 400 billed hours

Full bonus earned at 1600 billed hours / year

This is a fully in-office position , with regular support staff coverage from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM. You'll work in a professional, team-oriented environment with hands-on mentorship from partners and the opportunity to own your work.
