Construction Superintendent

Bi-lingual - English / Spanish

Talis Group’s client is a global engineering sales and management company manufacturing equipment, containers, piping, and fabrication, on-site installation services, and solutions for industrial construction. They are seeking an experienced bi-lingual (Spanish / English) Construction Supervisor for a new industrial construction project in the Jeffersonville, IN area. This role is responsible for overall daily site operations, construction coordination, workforce management, and ensuring quality, safety, and schedule.

Salary range : $100 – 150K (according to experience) + benefits package.

HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES :

• Lead and coordinate daily field activities , ensuring alignment with project schedules, specifications, and quality standards.
• Supervise subcontractors, supervisors, and craft workers , fostering clear communication and productivity across bilingual teams.
• Manage workforce allocation, scheduling, and productivity tracking to meet milestones and budgets.
• Conduct daily site walks and inspections , proactively identifying and resolving issues to prevent delays or rework.
• Promote and enforce safety standards , integrating them into both short- and long-term project planning.
• Ensure all work meets design intent, specifications, and owner / general contractor expectations .
• Maintain thorough documentation , including daily reports, time logs, and progress updates.
• Serve as a communication bridge between field teams, project management, and client representatives.
• Support start-up, commissioning, and punch list completion as required.
