About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. This is a pivotal leadership role for a construction professional with a proven track record across diverse sectors including K-12 education , healthcare , hospitality , multifamily , and commercial construction . Youll be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily on-site operations for ground-up and renovation projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Strong portfolio of completed projects in K-12 , healthcare , hospitality , and multifamily sectors.
  • Deep understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety standards.
  • Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
