Position : Registered Nurse (PRN)\n\nComplete Home Care-Ohio is looking for a part time PRN Registered Nurse in Akron OH!!\n\nCompetitive Wage, Flexible Schedule -\n\nAs a RN you will : \n

• Provide in-home direct home health patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care and nursing scope of practice.\n
• Assess and document patient's vital conditions and report change as needed.\n
• Perform health assessments in patient's home and develop care plan\n
• Administer medication documenting thoroughly if needed.\n
• Inspect / Assess patient for wounds, further injuries, infections, bedsores, etc. and assisting with personal hygiene.\n
• Coordinate with other providers, case managers, aides, and the office.\n\nRequirement for RN position with our agency : \n
• Licensure : \nCurrent unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio.\n
• Current CPR / AED / BLS / First Aid certification\n
• Reliable transportation to / from care sites and / or work locations\n
• At least one year Home Health experience.\n
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices\n
• Excellent knowledge of medical and home health terminology\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n
