Worldwide Foam is seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor to lead our growing Customer Experience team. About the Role

As a Customer Experience Supervisor , you will oversee a team of Customer Experience Specialists (CXS) who support our customers and internal logistics operations across multiple distribution sites. You'll focus on driving accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction-while learning the broader strategic elements of the Customer Experience Manager role through mentorship and hands-on leadership opportunities.

This is a growth-oriented position designed for someone ready to step up, take ownership, and make a measurable impact.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 Customer Experience Specialists.

Oversee daily operations to ensure order accuracy, on-time delivery, and excellent customer communication.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, and Warehousing to improve efficiency and service performance.

Monitor and report key performance metrics (Customer Response Time, Order Accuracy, On-Time Delivery, Concern Resolution Rate).

Identify process improvements that enhance the overall customer journey.

Manage escalations and ensure professional, timely resolution of customer concerns.

Help implement tools and systems that support continuous improvement and scalability.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain within a manufacturing or distribution setting.

3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

  • 2 or 4 year degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

Strong people leader with a proven ability to motivate and coach teams.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.

ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite, Dynamics, or equivalent).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

If you have ISO experience or a background in continuous improvement initiatives-bonus points!

Schedule

Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (40–45 hours / week)

Hybrid scheduling opportunities may be available after training.
