Emergency Medicine Physician - Fort Myers, FL | Up to $560K+ Annual Compensation

Join a prestigious healthcare facility near Fort Myers as an Emergency Medicine Physician, where you'll deliver exceptional patient care in a state-of-the-art emergency department. Position Overview

  • Competitive compensation package up to $560K+ (1099)
  • Comprehensive malpractice insurance with tail coverage included
  • Manageable ED volume of 20K-30K annual visits
  • 12-hour flexible shifts with excellent scheduling options

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality emergency medical care in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform emergency procedures and critical interventions
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams
  • Utilize Epic EMR system for patient documentation
  • Supervise and coordinate with nursing staff and specialists

    • Required Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine
  • Minimum 2 years of recent hospital-based ER experience
  • Current ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
  • Eligibility for Florida Medical License
  • Recent residents with appropriate credentials welcome
