What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide level 2 support for SaaS and custom-built insurance applications through various communication channelsDeliver exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phoneCollaborate with team members across departments to enhance the use of business applicationsExecute standard operating practices and procedures to resolve issuesTroubleshoot and offer solutions for technology-related challengesWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, application support, or insuranceFoundational knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, O365, SharePoint)Ability to follow and execute standard operating practices and proceduresGood problem-solving skills for technology-related issues and complex business scenariosHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
