Join BLT’s team of dedicated professionals as a residential HVAC Technician . This position performs various hands-on maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of our luxury apartment community located in Jersey City, NJ.
Duties & Responsibilities of the HVAC Technician :
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems in apartments and common areas
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues promptly and efficiently
- Performs preventive maintenance and regular community inspections as requested by the Maintenance Manager
- Recommends the repair or replacement of any interior and exterior areas
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed
- Understands and complies with Fair Housing laws and standards
