Marketing Administrative Specialist

We are hiring immediately for a full time Marketing Administrative Specialist position.

Location : Tennessee Tech University

Schedule : Full time; Monday - Friday, with some evenings & weekends required. More details upon interview.

Requirement : Prior digital marketing and graphic design experience is required.

Additional Duties :

• Assist in creating and executing marketing plans for events, outlining goals, timelines, and department initiatives.
• Assist in designing and producing signage, video board content, menus, and other event-day collateral.
• Assist in building sales kits with menus, brochures, and guides to support sales
• Assist in keeping websites and social media updated with event info, menus, and relevant posts.
• Assist in telling the story of dining with photography and videography of marketing events.

Pay Range : $18.00 per hour to $19.00 per hour.
