In this role, you will operate and maintain our state-of-the-art press brake machinery to produce high-quality components for various applications. Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or metal fabrication is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Ability to operate and maintain press brake machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

    • Preferred Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience operating press brakes.
  • 2+ years of experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment desirable but not required.
