Therapy Management, Inc. is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated therapy team at Wellspring Lutheran Services in Frankenmuth, MI.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Document progress and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team
  • Help residents regain and maintain communication and functional independence

What You Bring

  • Michigan licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience in skilled nursing, geriatrics, or rehab preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
  • Passion for serving older adults and a resident-focused mindset
