Job Description

As a Security Professional - Mobile Patrol in Morrisville, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming presence at the location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain visibility, and deliver outstanding customer service while supporting a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm and problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any potential concerns.
  • Monitor the premises for unusual activity or potential security-related hazards and promptly report findings to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist visitors, staff, and / or patients with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence at the location.
  • Follow all Allied Universal and client site protocols, including documentation and communication requirements specific to the healthcare environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
