Radiology Physician

Locum Physician - Radiology in Sioux City, IA Join our team at MercyOne Siouxland Medical Center! We are currently seeking a dedicated Locum Radiologist to support our Radiology Department. Our facility offers a collaborative environment with advanced medical imaging services, providing a full spectrum of both inpatient and outpatient care. The Radiology team works with state-of-the-art technology to deliver excellent patient care. Job Responsibilities : Analyzing medical images to diagnose and monitor diseases. Interpreting test results and communicating findings to healthcare professionals. Performing interventional procedures using imaging guidance. Collaborating effectively with a healthcare team. Choosing and implementing appropriate imaging techniques. Reviewing and interpreting X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, nuclear medicine, and ultrasounds. Recommending additional testing to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment. Qualifications : Board Certified in Radiology - REQUIRED Active Iowa License or Active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact License - REQUIRED Availability to cover most or all of the scheduled dates - REQUIRED Fellowship Trained in General Radiology with Mammography and Fluoroscopy - REQUIRED Clean malpractice record / background - REQUIRED License and Certification Requirements : Must hold an active Iowa state medical license or IMLC.
