Front Desk Receptionist

Position Summary : We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. This role is responsible for greeting customers, managing phone calls, supporting sales staff , and providing exceptional customer service to guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage front desk operations, including receiving mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Keep the reception area neat, organized, and presentable.
• Provide information and assistance to customers and employees.
• Support other departments with tasks as requested.
