Sales Development Representative

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative for the Eastern Region.

Key Responsibilities

Make 150+ outbound calls and send 150+ emails weekly

Qualify leads and set 8+ meetings per month

Partner with Sales & Marketing to refine contact strategy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Sales experience (SDR, AE, inside sales preferred, especially in insurance)

Familiarity with CRM tools

Knowledge of the P&C insurance industry is a plus
