A company is looking for a Bilingual Care Coordinator who is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing guidance and support about their care plans in both languages

Answer patient inquiries related to appointments, medical services, and treatment options with empathy

Act as a liaison between patients, insurance providers, and medical teams to facilitate care delivery

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in care coordination or patient support

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required

Proficiency in using healthcare management software or similar systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
