About the Role
As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for set-ups, tooling, minor program edits, and machining a variety of materials ranging from high-hard steel to aluminum. You’ll work in a s tate-of-the-art, clean, and high-tech facility with 15–20 advanced CNC machines (and more on the way), where precision, efficiency, and quality are top priorities.
What You’ll Do
Perform CNC set-ups on larger, more complex parts with limited runs.
Make minor program edits as needed (programming handled by in-house programmers).
Set up tooling and ensure proper speeds, feeds, and materials are used.
Document and communicate any quality issues in alignment with ISO and company standards.
Ensure jobs are completed on-time and to specification.
Work with a variety of materials, including high-hard steel and aluminum.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of CNC machining experience required.
Degree or certification in machining, manufacturing, or related field highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of tooling, speeds & feeds, materials, and set-up practices.
Experience running larger / complex parts with short production runs.
Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and make program adjustments.
Leadership skills and interest in taking on greater responsibility.
Familiarity with CAD / CAM systems (Tebis, Lemoine, Intevis) a plus.
