Construction Drafter / Designer

Our Design Team is looking for an experienced Home Designer to join us. In this role, you'll work directly with customers and collaborate with lumber yard sales teams to bring visions to life. Using Revit or AutoCAD, you'll create detailed 2D and 3D models that help homeowners see and refine their dream home designs.

What You'll Do :

Partner with customers to translate ideas into practical, beautiful home designs

Use Revit or AutoCAD to develop accurate 2D and 3D plans and renderings

Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to ensure projects stay on track

Manage multiple projects at once, keeping timelines and details organized

Provide guidance and recommendations to help customers make confident decisions

What We're Looking For :

Drafting and / or design experience preferred, but we also welcome applications from recent college graduates with a strong portfolio and passion for design

Strong comfort level working directly with customers to capture and refine their vision

Excellent communication skills-both in-person and digitally

Artistic creativity paired with attention to detail and technical accuracy

Ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time
