Job Description
1. Software Certificate Exam Coordination
- Identify examinee and schedule SW Exam via GSCS system
- Coordinate with HQ and OPS team if necessary regarding SW Certificate Operation
- Maintain and update spreadsheet for test results, test dates, employee certificate status and etc.
- Coordinate with IT team to resolve any IT issues for the exam
- Coordinate with HR and Hiring Manager on identifying examinee and available exam date to schedule Pre-employment S / W Exam via GSCS system.
- Inform information related to Software Certification exam to OPS, Departments, and examinees
2. GA Facility Management
Ensure all facilities are operated and maintained in alignment with established standards and proceduresCollaborate with cross-functional partners such as GA, IT helpdesk, and SecurityTroubleshoot facilities issues that arise and dispatch to GA team when appropriate, to include equipment malfunctions, electrical, plumbing, office furniture, and / or HVAC issues, and all the issues in the buildingLead and Coordinates office space planning with department managers and executes, moves, additions, and changes to the office environmentCommunicate with GA for all facility inquiries, office construction, and submit work orders for office & janitorial improvements Communicate with building management for vendor approvals as needed3. Department Support
Maintain, track, and create reports for departmental resources (regular full time, outsourcing) Create weekly resource HC and visitor HC reportsPrepare daily or weekly report regarding office issue and tasks to OPS TeamProvide support to new hires upon arrival such as seating arrangements, desk phone, mobile phone, if needed; asset acquisitions, request IT assets via GHR for employeeSupport company inventory and device management working with NASMS team and Accounting teamProvide name tags for new hires and recollect for terminationsCheck with manager on asset return process going correctly when employee(RFT, HQ Dispatchers, and Vendor resource) leavesSupport and follow up on all 3rd party vendor new hire approvals / termination requests to HRBP, GHR Vendor Support, and SecuritySupport and assist potential candidates and visitors to the office and correct meeting roomCreate and assist RMS PUMIs and KNOX PUMIs as needed for the department ex) low value assets, samples, repair and construction, lost property, immigration related, etc.Assist in event planning including scheduling, catering, setting up and breaking downPerform general office management and administration duties for the department, including mail, courier shipments, copies, printing, office setup, etc.Assist as needed in preparing reports when departmental leaders need certain information to be analyzed and provide information to customers, internal employees, and share company communicationsAssist team members with education of general policiesCoordinate and support HR related activities and events (DOS, Flu shots, Massages, other HR events as requested)Maintain network access, applications, and printing, and resolves network difficulties via respective channels (IT, and other departments)Other Duties as assignedSkill

Must be bi-lingual - speak / read / write in professional manner (Korean / English); This is an absolute must-have as the candidate will need to communicate w / HQ and report directly to supervisor & HQ dispatchers (HQ leaders)2 to 4 years of facilities / office management & Administrative experience - supporting a large team / dept. >This role will support 50-70 staff members.
Computer, Network, Server, and IT related knowledge required; AT LEAST general knowledge of computer systems / network / server related issuesAbility to work independently, as direct supervisor is located in TX. Candidate will work closely w / HQ leaders in the office >Need to have high level of professionalism
