We are looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join our growing team here at Omega Pacific Insurance Solutions! The Commercial Account Manager will service our commercial accounts and promptly respond to clients to maintain communication and ensure retention goals are met. Our ideal candidate will have experience with multiple carriers and programs. Position will be out of our Clovis Office.

Responsibilities
Follow up with Carriers for receipt of endorsements.Review and process certificates of insurance, endorsements, invoicing where necessary and updating the client file with the changes made by the endorsement.Prepare and market renewals.Maintain accurate information in the companys agency management system.File set ups for both Agency and Client.Initial policy checks, including policy forms, policy term, policy number, premium, commission, etc.Maintains a courteous and effective relationship with clients, co-workers, carriers, and other business contacts.Other projects as needed.Cross sell accounts along with the producer.Qualifications
