Location : Columbus, Ohio (CampusParc, OSU)

Shift & Schedule : Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm; may require working overtime, weekends, and holidays

The Assistant Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the Senior Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff to ensure efficient operations in compliance with company standards and procedures.

What we're looking for :

Supervise, manage, and assist in training all frontline associates, including supervisors and ambassadors.

Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.

Act as a liaison between customers, staff, and management.

Make meaningful recommendations for hiring employees, appraising employee productivity, and / or disciplining employees, including termination.

Provide continuous customer service training for Campusparc Operations employees.

Assist in fleet upkeep, preventative maintenance

Assist Operations Manager with administrative duties, including digital communications and interfacing with multiple Microsoft systems and the CMS work order platform.

Patrol and monitor the safety and cleanliness of the parking garage facilities.

Act as a point of contact for damage claims and ensure each incident is dealt with completely.

Assist in reviewing work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.

Assist in the reconciliation of timecards and submission of payroll for Campusparc staff.

Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.

May be asked to fill in for front-line associates during their absences

Must haves :

You are at least 20 years old.

Must have a valid Ohio driver's license for at least 3 years.

High school diploma required.

1-2 years of related experience preferred.

Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability demonstrates sound judgment and professionalism in interactions, maintaining a respectful and diplomatic approach

Must always maintain a neat and clean appearance in adherence to company standards.

Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Good to haves :

The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top asset.

Progressive supervisory experience with front-line team oversight

Experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus

You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with management experience in the Parking, Customer Service, and / or Hospitality Industries.

You are a "roll-up-the-sleeves and get-stuff-done" type of person who is organized, honest, and thoughtful.

You are self-sufficient, resourceful, and decisive.

You possess critical thinking and conflict resolution skills.

You have impeccable conversational and written communication skills.
