Vice President of Field Operations

A company is looking for a Vice President of Field Operations - Latin America & Caribbean.

Key Responsibilities

Set and monitor financial, operational, and guest experience targets for hotels and resorts

Build and sustain strong relationships with ownership groups and ensure transparent communication

Guide properties to reflect local cultures while maintaining Hyatt's global standards and reputation

Required Qualifications

15+ years of operations leadership experience in hotels and / or resorts, particularly in multicultural markets

Minimum of 5 years as a General Manager with a proven track record

Demonstrated expertise in building strong owner relationships

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field (preferred)

Multilingual fluency (Spanish and / or Portuguese) strongly preferred
