What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for our guests online, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every interaction reflects the Buff City Soap brand. You’ll answer questions, resolve concerns, and deliver service that leaves guests smiling.
Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of Buff City Soap across digital channels
Help guests with product, promotion, and service questions
Process orders, exchanges, and reships with care and accuracy
Solve problems quickly—or escalate when needed—to keep guests happy
Look for opportunities to “surprise and delight” our guests
Collaborate with your teammates to create a consistent, joyful guest experience
Represent our brand values with professionalism in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required
3–5 years of guest service or customer support experience
Exceptional communication skills—both written and interpersonal
Ability to juggle multiple systems and tasks while staying organized
Strong attention to detail and a service-first mindset
