Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager shall act according to the instruction and authorities given by the Director of Sales, in line with the guidelines below :

  • Establish relationships with key accounts
  • Identify, develop, and specify products
  • Openly communicate amongst Sales Team Members, Product Line Management, Manufacturing, Operations as well as Account Managers
  • Assist in the alignment of products, services, and operations to deliver on customer requirements and challenges
  • Present a high level of technical understanding and aptitude of product lines
  • Monitor bid and proposal activity to achieve conversion rate KPIs
  • Complete regular and detailed sales reports as directed and required
  • Maintain CRM records and activities
  • Strategically enhance and support the territory sales representatives and distributors
  • Coordinate and collaborate with end users, Agents / Representatives, Engineers, Architects, and others defined to write or enforce a specification
  • Represent Ameron in bid clarification meetings
  • Achieve key financial KPI's in the assigned territory
