Summary

The Systems Analyst will play a hands-on role in the administration, maintenance, and support of Indicor’s core IT systems and collaboration platforms. This position will focus on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, identity and device management, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint. The ideal candidate is a technically skilled and detail-oriented professional who can support daily IT operations, enhance system performance, and ensure secure, efficient connectivity for all users.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Microsoft 365 & Identity Administration
  • Manage Microsoft 365 administration, including user provisioning, licensing, and service configurations.
  • Administer Entra ID (Azure AD), ensuring proper user access, security group management, and conditional access policies.
  • Manage Exchange Admin Center (EAC) for mail flow, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes.
  • Use PowerShell to automate repetitive administrative tasks and generate reports.
  • Support and maintain Microsoft Teams, including user setup, policy configuration, channel management, and meeting integrations.
  • Endpoint & Device Management
  • Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration policies, app deployments, and compliance monitoring.
  • Support endpoint patching and remote support using NinjaOne, including collaboration on policy design and system maintenance.
  • Collaboration & Content Management
  • Manage Microsoft Teams environments, ensuring proper governance, permissions, and integration with SharePoint and other M365 services.
  • Manage SharePoint Online environments, including site creation, permission structures, and user access management.
  • Provide guidance to business units on effective use of Teams and SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
  • Support video conferencing systems (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, etc.), including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of conference room equipment.
  • Email & Security Systems
  • Administer and support Mimecast email security and continuity platform, including policy configuration and user management.
  • Collaborate with the security team to maintain email hygiene and ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices.
  • Network & Infrastructure Support
  • Assist with network equipment configuration and maintenance, including switches and firewalls.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership on infrastructure upgrades, connectivity improvements, and system monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Professional Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in systems administration or IT support with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Teams environments.
  • Proven experience with Intune, SharePoint administration, and email systems management.
  • Exposure to network troubleshooting and firewall / switch configuration preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS collaboration tools and familiarity with security / compliance requirements.
  • Technical Expertise
  • Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Microsoft Teams management, including policies, compliance settings, and integration with conferencing hardware.
  • Intune MDM / MAM configuration and compliance policy creation.
  • PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
  • Mimecast administration preferred.
  • Familiarity with NinjaOne, network switches, and firewall management.
  • Soft Skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to incidents.
  • Collaborative, customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Certifications (desirable but not required)

  • Microsoft Certified : Endpoint Administrator Associate
  • CompTIA Network+
  • Mimecast Certified Engineer (MCE)
