Wireless Sales Consultant
Wireless Zone, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Wireless Sales Consultants in Northville, MI. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their wireless needs, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting Verizon products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Educate customers on Verizon products and services, including devices, plans, and accessories.
- Demonstrate wireless devices and explain their features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Meet or exceed sales goals through selling techniques, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
