Overview

Premier ABA Provider for Children with Autism. Remote with travel (3 full work days / month). Base salary $70,000-$80,000.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality behavior analysis services to clients in our ABC Regions.
  • Travel to ABC Regions once a month for a duration of three days to provide direct services and oversee cases.
  • Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum remotely, 3 days onsite / month (travel required).
  • Complete initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools.
  • Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child.
  • Provide 30+ treatment hours per week for your clients.
  • Provide family guidance on a consistent basis.
  • Lead and educate your dedicated team of Registered Behavior Therapists.
  • Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC's core values.
  • Discharge and transition planning for children on your caseload.
  • Qualifications

  • 1+ years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Ability to travel to TX, NC, IL, CO, MN.
  • Central Reach platform experience.
  • A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
