Responsibilities :
Client Connections & Support
Forge positive relationships with individuals with disabilities, their families, community organizations, employers, and fellow team members.
Conduct personalized assessments to understand each client’s unique skills, experiences, and career aspirations.
Guide clients through job searches, resume crafting, interview prep, and building professional networks.
Teach workplace behaviors that ensure long-term employment success.
Offer hands-on coaching and on-the-job training to empower individuals in their roles.
Employment Development
Tap into your networking skills to identify and cultivate employer partnerships, creating job opportunities that match clients’ strengths.
Understand employer needs and align them with the right candidates, fostering lasting professional relationships.
Negotiate job placements and ensure compliance and employment agreements are fulfilled.
Documentation & Communication
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and employment outcomes.
Prepare regular reports on job placements and program effectiveness.
Engage with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders through clear and concise verbal and written communication.

Required Education / Experience
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with individuals with disabilities and employers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with EIPD (formerly known as VR) is highly valued.
Proficiency in maintaining data records and documentation within electronic case management systems.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including experience with data analysis and reporting.
Comfortable working independently, including conducting outreach in the community and making cold calls.
Demonstrated ability to create and manage a work schedule with minimal supervision.
