A company is looking for a Hospital Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to patient inquiries received via the hospital website and ensure timely handling of electronic communications
Assist patients in resolving concerns related to hospital services while maintaining a compassionate demeanor
Document all electronic interactions in the hospital's CRM system while ensuring patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus
Working knowledge of EPIC or other Hospital Information Systems (HIM)
Proven experience in hospital or physician customer service, preferably 2 years
Strong proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms
Basic understanding of medical terminology is preferred
