Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our client, a leader in the consulting technology space, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support their accounting operations. This remote position (with optional onsite access in Boston, MA) will focus on client invoicing, cash application, and light collections.

Responsibilities :

• Generate and send invoices to clients; apply cash receipts in internal systems
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable activity
• Support collections efforts by following up on outstanding balances via email
• Coordinate with accounting and operations teams to resolve invoicing issues
• Assist with reporting and documentation of AR-related transactions
