Vaco has partnered with a client downtown Indianapolis to hire a creative Brand Visualist to define and execute its visual identity across all touchpoints. In this role, you'll translate brand strategy into compelling design, lead creative campaigns, and ensure consistency and impact across TV / video, print, digital, social, in-store, and experiential channels.
This is a hybrid position, with two days of in office work.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
Conceptualize and marketing campaigns from idea to execution.
Design marketing assets across all channels (digital, social, print, video, experiential).
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align creative with strategy.
Stay on top of trends to keep the brand relevant and distinctive.
Ensure all visuals meet high standards of design quality and consistency.
Qualifications
7+ years in design, art direction, marketing or creative leadership.
Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, campaigns, multi-channel design, video ads, graphic design, logos, etc.
Experience creating consumer-centric marketing strategies
Strong leadership skills and proven experience making creative decisions for a brand
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma; motion / UX tools a plus.
Solid understanding of design principles (typography, color, composition).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
Collaborative, but able to lead creative direction independently.
