Bridges Healthcare, Inc. has an immediate opening for a School Based Clinician

This position will be designated to West Haven High School, West Haven, CT

Full-time / 35 hour work week

$55,500 - $71,826 per year, commensurate of experience

PURPOSE and POSITION OVERVIEW FOR SCHOOL BASED SERVICES CLINICIAN

Provide school-based psychotherapy and case management to children and families experiencing behavioral health issues.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCIES

Masters degree in behavioral health field required.

Associate license required, Full license preferred.

Ability to work flexible schedule, with early mornings and some evenings required

Knowledge of child development and psychiatric disorders.

Experience with evidence based practices (TFCBT, MATCH, ARC, DBT -adolescent) preferred

Experience working in a school setting preferred

Good communication and documentation skills.

Computer literacy.

Experience in counseling / therapeutic methods / practices with children and families.

Sensitivity to diverse cultures and language competencies.

Ability to prioritize and organize schedules / demands.

CBITS training prior to hire preferred; CBITS training required upon hire
