Gathering mandatory information from patients and verifying their identities. Obtaining vitals and blood. Accurately labeling all samples. Maintaining accurate patient records, which include detailing any medical issues experienced by patients during venipuncture procedures that may affect the accuracy of test results. Proven experienced phlebotomist. Valid driver's license. Valid Auto Insurance. Excellent customer service & communication skills. Knowledge regarding HIPAA / PHI law. Detail-oriented / sound organizational skills. Professional, responsible, self-starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship. Reliable transportation a must. Must be computer proficient, have internet access, and a printer / scanner : to print, scan, and upload completed documents.

Job Details :
- The candidate / phlebotomist is responsible for obtaining vitals and blood.
- The candidate will travel to the patient's location for appointments.
- Paid per appointment / event, this is not an hourly paid position.
- Bi-Weekly Pay.
