job_description.job_card.job_descriptionUse our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain detailed and accurate records of access control activities, incidents, and daily events. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to support a secure environment at the location. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
