job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist with the raising of invoices and booking of revenue in the accounting system Generate production reports summarizing & analyzing monthly premiums and commissions Receipt funds as they come into the bank accounts and help identify solutions to unidentified amounts Support the wider team in monitoring and resolving aged receivables Assist with the setup and verification of payments of premiums to insurance carriers, commissions to brokers and legal fees to counsel Handle treasury operations to include setting up treasury transactions with banking partners, monitoring cash accounts and reporting to senior finance team members, and bank reconciliations for bank fees Bs in Accounting 1+ years of experience Excel, Word, and Outlook - intermediate level
