Inside Sales Specialist

Talis Group is hiring on behalf of a well-established, locally owned manufacturing company in Southern Indiana. They are seeking to hire an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to add to their team due to growth.  This position will be a vital link between customers, production, and sales, helping orders run smoothly from start to finish.

This is a full-time, direct hire, with a salary range of $50-$60k, plus bonus potential, full benefits, and 401k.  (Also includes education reimbursement!)  Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, onsite.

Highlighted Duties :

• Support outside and inside sales reps with the day-today operational tasks.
• Answer incoming calls & emails from customers (mostly repeat business.)
• Enter orders, check inventory levels, quote pricing, and track shipments.
• Resolve customer questions or delivery issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate data in the system to ensure orders run smoothly.
• Collaborate with production & shipping teams to ensure orders are on track.
• Learn the company’s products & services to better assists customers.
