Job Description

Do you love getting things done and finishing projects with excellence? Do you have a creative eye that notices the details others miss—brand colors, fonts, the way an edit just feels ?

We’re on the hunt for a Resident Creative to join our in-house Dallas team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be writing, producing, shooting, and editing across a wide range of projects : from podcasts and real estate shoots, to commercials, documentaries, and narrative films. You’ll work directly with the founder, as well as notable business leaders in the area, making this a unique opportunity to sharpen both your creative skills and your professional presence.

THE GIG

Conceptualize and write video ideas.

Coordinate and shoot projects (solo and with a team).

Edit content and collaborate with remote editors.

Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.

Produce a variety of formats :

Podcast episodes

Real estate photo / video capture

Corporate interviews

Behind-the-scenes content

Product videos & commercials

Documentaries & narratives

Your Experience

Previous creative / production experience in film, video, or content marketing.

A portfolio that shows attention to detail and refined taste.

Strong editing skills (Adobe, DaVinci, or similar).

Confidence working across multiple formats and platforms.

Reliable, punctual, and committed to full-time work.
