A high degree of initiative and flexibility is required to successfully accommodate deadlines Ability to maintain data integrity and accuracy, and use data to identify and solve problems. A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred Minimum 4-6 years of experience in accounting roles, with experience in managing staff required . Public Accounting Background Preferred Proficient Excel skills are required Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
