The Ignite Internship Program is an 11-week, full-time experience that offers a sneak peek into the world of insurance. Level up your skills and knowledge by diving into your business area of choice.

As the Personal Lines Product Intern, you will support the Personal Lines Product team in enhancing and refining essential processes. This role involves working with documentation, measurement adjustments, and historical data to improve overall business efficiency. Please note, this is a hybrid position, therefore, applicants must be within commuting distance of our Branchville, NJ location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and improvement of checklists and documentation related to forms requirements and business rules.
• Help adjust existing performance metrics to ensure business results are easily accessible and interpretable.
• Compile and reconcile historical filing and rate page revisions to maintain accurate records.

The actual base salary is based on geographic location, and the range is representative of salaries for this role throughout Selective's footprint. Additional considerations include relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, and business needs.

Pay Range

USD $21.00 - USD $24.00 / Hr.
