Manager, Software Engineering (Feasterville-Trevose)

Insight Global is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering for a full-time opportunity, with an International Health & Security Risk Management client in the Trevose, PA area. This person will be responsible for overall development and delivery of the Workforce Resilience Product, working closely with Product Directors, Architects and the Enterprise Architecture team. As a Manager, you will define development standards, testing metrics and process to build the technical solutions for new feature development, according to business goals and commercial value. This person will also work closely with scrum teams in guiding and executing the roadmap with minimum technical debt.

Other responsibilities of this role include designing and developing scalable web and mobile solutions using the latest technology standards. They will also develop integrations with external systems (3rd Party Integration tools such as MuleSoft, Okta etc) according to the defined architecture guidelines, and review / define technical solutions with impact assessment to the single product (Workforce Resilience).

• Experience working with International teams
• 10+ years' Software Engineering experience, 5+ in a Management role
• Proficient in REST based APIs using JSON and web services
• Experience Integrating with Identity Access Provider (Okta preferred)
• Proficiency in web-based development using JavaScript, CSS, Markup Languages
• Proficiency in web-programming tools such as ASP, . NET, PHP, C# or Java.
