Platform Manager

A company is looking for a Platform Manager, ProFile.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and analyze feedback from clients and operational teams to shape requirements and features

Represent production and client stakeholders in development meetings to set priorities

Train operations teams on new ProFile functionality and maintain the QFS order inbox

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum of two years of experience as a Project Manager in translation, patent filing, or localization

Minimum of five years of experience with ProFile

Experience in operations, product support, or project coordination preferred

Knowledge of patent filing requirements and timelines preferred
