Disposition Manager (Real Estate)

Location : Green Bay, WI (In-person, up to 10% travel within one hour of Green Bay)

Compensation : $40,000 base salary plus commission (percentage of profit per closed deal)

Earnings Potential : $60,000 - $90,000 or more, depending on performance

Easy Home Sale is seeking a full-time, motivated Disposition Manager to join our real estate investment team in Green Bay, WI. This role focuses on selling properties we do not intend to flip and developing strong relationships with investor buyers. You will manage wholesale deals, cultivate and maintain buyer relationships, and ensure a seamless transaction process from contract to close.
