We are in search of an Assistant Store Manager with previous experience to help in supporting with all operational and customer facing tasks in store. This person will be responsible for store opening and closing operations, ensuring that all store operations are occurring as expected, and providing a great experience in store. This person needs to have a strong attention to detail and will be an expert in store processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and communicating barriers to the Store Manager. The position reports to and receives functional guidance from the Store Manager.

What You Will Achieve

• Manage a team of Brand Associates setting expectations, goals, and develop talent
• Act as the manager on duty in the store, focused on delivering results while enabling a positive customer and employee experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers, employees, and store products
• Focused on providing positive customer and employee experience
• Set high store standards that reflects company brand image, values, and culture
• Subject matter expert on POP MART core business information
• Support company on marketing events such as in store events, Pop-up events, conventions, new store openings
• Support company RoboShop business as needed
• Improve sales performance of stores and meet sales key performance indicators
• Drive sales of company key products
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays

Visual Merchandising & Inventory Management (1 or the other depending on store size)
