Pay : $16.50 / hr, paid weekly
Schedule : onsite - Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.–5 : 00 p.m.

Summary :
Provide phone support to Montana Medicaid members regarding eligibility, benefits, and claims. Use scripts and computer systems to research issues, document calls, and ensure members receive accurate information and quality service.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Communicate eligibility, provider, and benefit details clearly.
Follow call procedures, documentation, and escalation steps.
Support members with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications :
Strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Computer and data entry proficiency.
Preferred : 1+ year in medical insurance, call center, or office setting.
