MDM Business Analyst with P&C

Position : MDM Business Analyst with P&C

Location : Iselin NJ

Duration : Long Term contract

Job Details :

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Underwriting, Claims, Policy, and Customer Service to gather and document business and data requirements
• Lead workshops and sessions to identify and prioritize master data entities (Customer, Policy, Claims, Broker, Product, etc.)
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements for MDM solutions
• Work closely with data architects, developers, and QA teams to support the design and delivery of MDM solutions
• Define and document data governance rules, data quality metrics, and stewardship models
• Support data profiling and data mapping activities between source systems and MDM hub
• Validate MDM outputs including golden record creation, survivorship rules, and data enrichment processes
