Chart Deficiency Analyst

A company is looking for a Chart Deficiency Analyst to review and verify medical record documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities

Review and complete assignments in Epic workqueue lists, including analysis of deficiencies and missing documentation

Research and reassign declined deficiencies to the appropriate provider and ensure proper documentation is completed

Analyze and verify the accuracy of medical records and finalize account statuses as needed

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Health Information Management (HIM) record processing in an acute care setting

Must meet HIM departmental quality and productivity standards for the most recent 6 months

All required certifications must be obtained upon hire
