Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor Plumbing to lead and coordinate our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures smooth operations by setting performance goals, organizing workflows, coaching employees, and solving production challenges while maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities :

Production Leadership & Workflow

• Set performance goals aligned with production schedules
• Organize and delegate tasks clearly to the team
• Monitor productivity and provide coaching and feedback
• Identify and resolve production issues using PDCA methodology
• Efficient management skills to improve the productivity of teams and work standards.

The Pay Range for this position is $39 - $43 per hour based on experience and qualifications. We also off the following benefits :
