A company is looking for an HR Rep Specialist - Leave Support.
Key Responsibilities
Administer leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies
Evaluate employee eligibility for various leave types and manage related documentation
Develop and implement efficient processes for leave management and provide training to HR staff
Required Qualifications
Associate degree with 4-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in leave administration
Occupational / Employee Health or Disability Management background required
Knowledge of HR laws, FMLA, ADAAA, and workers' compensation is essential
Experience with HRIS and managing leaves through technology solutions
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
